Topcem Cement , one of the leading cement manufacturers in North East India today launched an innovative cement product Solid Dhalai Cement (SDC) for Individual House Builders (IHB) and infrastructure & construction sectors for North-East Region.
Mr. Kailash Chandra Lohia , Chairman, Meghalaya Cements Ltd launched The SOILD DHALAI CEMENT in the presence of Mr. Bajrang Lohia, Director, Meghalaya Cements Ltd and other officials of the company.
Commenting on the launch of this advanced offering, Mr. Kailash Chandra Lohia expressed his confidence about the product and its attributes. “ For the first time we are introducing a new premium product with higher strength, more coverage, faster setting along with Anti-Rust properties in BOPP bags which are spill, moisture and temper proof”.
The revolutionary product with Mono-molecular Layer Technology also has multiple benefits of

- Better workability with increase cohesiveness, which prevents bleeding in concrete and thus achieving better finishing of concrete.
- Shorter final setting time which helps masons in early removal of form works and quick construction.

This cement is made from high quality clinker along with special additives which make the concrete highly strong and durable. Anti-corrosive property is another special feature thus guarding against rusting of steel surface in concrete.
This premium product is packed in BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) bags which are tamper proof and moisture proof.
