Blood donation can save several lives at a time. It is the most precious gift one can offer and is often termed as the “gift of life.” Since 2011, Topcem Cement has been conducting blood donation camps within its office premises. This is done in association with Guwahati Medical College Blood Bank. The employees are the main donors in these events. From 2011 to 2017, more than 150 employees have regularly volunteered to donate blood in these camps. It is a humble effort on part of Topcem Cement to ensure that blood is always available whenever and wherever it is needed.
